Members are assisted in areas such as tailoring, food production, baking, retail, and other vocational skills that can help them become financially independent. Rather than temporary relief, the initiative focuses on giving people tools, startup support, and guidance to build sustainable income. As her music grows, Tina plans to continue channeling resources into supporting individuals through these trades, creating long-term opportunities within the community. Tina emphasizes that her motivation is not driven by financial gain. While acknowledging that her music may generate income, she shares that her daily needs are already met.
