Micheal Okuboye fills critical gap in Abuja Real Estate with the Cynosure Stakeholders’ Roundtable

Micheal Okuboye, Chief Executive Officer of Cynosure Realty, has taken a bold step in reshaping stakeholder engagement in Abuja’s real estate sector. Through the successful hosting of the maiden Cynosure Stakeholders’ Roundtable on July 11, 2026, Okuboye demonstrated a commitment to building lasting partnerships beyond traditional property development.

The event, which held at Novare Central Mall, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, was themed “The Maiden: Partnerships that Build Legacy.” It brought together stakeholders from various industries for a day of meaningful dialogue, networking, and project showcases.

Mr. Okuboye expressed his vision for the gathering. “This maiden stakeholders’ roundtable is more than an event; it is a statement of how we intend to operate moving forward,” he said. “Real estate is not just about structures; it is about people, trust, and shared prosperity.”

A major highlight of the roundtable was the official unveiling of Cynosure Realty’s new project location in Gwarimpa, Abuja. The announcement was met with enthusiasm from attendees who recognised its strategic importance.

“The Gwarimpa project is a direct response to the growing demand for quality commercial and residential developments in key areas of the city,” Mr. Okuboye stated. “We are filling a critical gap by delivering projects that combine excellence, accessibility, and long-term value for our clients and partners.”

To express appreciation, the company organised a raffle draw, during which some lucky stakeholders won a brand-new refrigerator, phone, air fryers, microwave, TV, cash gifts with other gifts distributed to participants.

Stakeholders in attendance of the CSR project included Mr Tejan Ibrahim, CEO, BRATIM Business School, Mr Demola Adubi, Regional Sales Manager, Unilever Nigeria PLC, Mr Suleiman Rabiu, FCT Coordinator, Moniepoint, Seun Okinbaloye of Channels TV as well as representatives from FCDA, Nigeria Police Force and Development Control.

Mr. Okuboye further emphasised his long-term vision: “Abuja deserves real estate companies that think beyond transactions. We are committed to building legacies through genuine partnerships, sustainable developments, and consistent value creation.”
